How long will it take to find a nannyshare?

• Most families find a compatible nannyshare within 1-2 months.  

Can I hire a PT nanny and “share” her with another family who wants a different schedule?

• Yes, if the nanny agrees!  Families don’t always have to have combined schedules.  A nanny share will work when one nanny works separately for two families.

How do I change my profile?

• Login, go to My Family Profile and click the “edit your profile” button on the bottom of the page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

• Login, go to My Cart and click My Subscription.  Click “unsubscribe.”

Can the Webmaster edit my profile or read my emails?

• No, the Webmaster has no access to your account.
